I have been a Real Estate Broker in the Los Angeles, Ca. area for over 33 years. My attorney in Washington referred me to Jon Bye to assist in the eventual sale of some Estate residential property that would hopefully eventually be sold. He was a hoarder and we were discouraged as what to do to sell. Alec was referred to us and helped us see the potential of the condo. He is so professional but so easy to talk to. Alec found very reliable and good companies to clean out the condo, repair things, and paint. We live out of state and had to completely turn things over to Alec. He was able to accomplish all of this in a short period of time and sold the condo without it having to go on the open market. During this process Alec gave me updates at least twice a week. This made the sell on the condo the easiest part of handling the estate.
